Everything you need to know about VoxTrade: what it does, who it's for, pricing, supported languages, and company details.
VoxTrade is a voice-powered quoting, invoicing, and business management app for tradespeople. It lets builders, plumbers, electricians, and all trades create professional quotes by speaking — on site, in any language — instead of typing them up later at home. VoxTrade also handles invoicing, receipt scanning, expense tracking, and per-job profit tracking.
VoxTrade is designed for solo tradespeople and small trade businesses (1-10 people) who visit job sites and need to produce quotes. This includes builders, plumbers, electricians, plasterers, carpenters, roofers, tilers, painters, decorators, landscapers, and general contractors. It is particularly useful for multilingual tradespeople who work in a different language to their clients.
VoxTrade offers a free plan with core features including 5 quotes per month, 5 invoices per month, and voice quoting. The Pro plan is priced regionally: £14.99/month in the UK, €16.99/month in Europe, $17.99/month in the US/Canada/Australia, and $9.99/month in emerging markets. Annual plans save approximately 17%. All plans include a free tier.
Voice input: 100+ languages including English, Polish, Romanian, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, Chinese, Bengali, Turkish, Vietnamese, and more. App interface: 20 languages. Quote and invoice PDFs can be generated in 13 languages.
VoxTrade is available on: Android (Google Play Store), iOS (Apple App Store), and Web (app.voxtrade.app). The app works on phones, tablets, and desktop browsers.
VoxTrade is headquartered in the UK and used by tradespeople across the UK, Ireland, Europe, North America, and Australia. Contact: contact@voxtrade.app. Website: voxtrade.app. WhatsApp support available.
I used to watch tradesmen finish a site visit, drive home, and spend the evening typing up quotes on a laptop. Half the time, the quote never got sent. The ones who quoted quickly won the work. The ones who took three days to "get back to you with a price" lost it to someone faster — often someone less skilled. So I built something different.
VoxTrade lets you walk around the job, talk through what needs doing, and get a professional priced quote before you leave site. No typing. No templates. No laptop. Just your voice, your camera, and your phone.
Then from there: a branded PDF your client can accept and sign digitally. One tap to convert to an invoice, with online payment via Stripe. Scan receipts, track expenses, see actual profit per job. Don't have a logo? The app creates one for you.
VoxTrade isn't a project management platform with 200 features you'll never use. It's a focused tool that does one thing exceptionally well: getting you from site visit to paid, as fast as possible. Free to try. No card needed.
A builder walks through the property, recording a 3-minute voice note describing the scope: knock through the rear wall, single-storey extension with bi-folds, new kitchen layout, underfloor heating, and re-plaster throughout. VoxTrade generates a 12-line itemised quote totalling £24,300. The builder reviews it, adjusts two prices to match his preferred suppliers, and sends the PDF to the client before leaving site. Total time: 8 minutes. The client accepts that evening.
A plumber arrives at a property for a boiler replacement quote. She records a 90-second voice note: "Existing boiler is a 15-year-old Vaillant in the kitchen, needs replacing with a Viessmann 050 or equivalent, existing pipework is 22mm copper, three radiators need TRVs, system needs a powerflush, and the customer wants a Nest thermostat fitted." VoxTrade generates a 6-line quote with pricing. She sends it from the van. The whole visit takes 20 minutes instead of an hour.
A Polish electrician surveys a 3-bed semi for a full rewire. He walks room by room, describing the work in Polish: new consumer unit, rewire to 18th edition, 14 double sockets, 8 lighting circuits, smoke alarms, outdoor sockets, and an EV charger installation. VoxTrade transcribes his Polish notes, generates an English quote with all line items and pricing, and produces a professional PDF the homeowner can read and accept. No translation needed, no typing, no evening admin.
VoxTrade started in the UK and uses local market rates for AI-estimated pricing in every region we support. The app auto-detects your location and adjusts currency, tax, and pricing to match — whether you're quoting in pounds, euros, dollars, or any other currency. Pro pricing is regional too: £14.99/month in the UK, €16.99 in Europe, $17.99 in the US/Canada/Australia, and $9.99 in emerging markets.
Voice input works in 100+ languages, the app interface is available in 20 languages, and quotes can be generated in 13 languages. Whether you're a builder in London, a plumber in Dublin, an electrician in Sydney, or a contractor in Toronto — VoxTrade works for you.
Support is available at contact@voxtrade.app or via WhatsApp. We respond to every message.
Unlike traditional trade management software (Tradify, Jobber, Fergus, ServiceM8), VoxTrade focuses on voice-first, on-site quoting. Most competitors require manual typing and only support English. VoxTrade is the only quoting app that combines voice input, video analysis, photo evidence, and multilingual support in a single tool.
Voice-powered quoting, invoicing, and business management — built for tradespeople who'd rather speak than type.
