These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VoxTrade mobile application and website (the "Service") operated by VoxTrade ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VoxTrade, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VoxTrade is a business management app for tradespeople. It provides tools for:

• Voice-powered site visit recording and transcription
• Quote and invoice generation
• Expense tracking and receipt scanning
• Client and project management
• Financial reporting

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use VoxTrade. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

VoxTrade offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. By subscribing to Pro:

• You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into VoxTrade, including voice recordings, quotes, invoices, photos, and business information. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process this content solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful content

7. AI-Generated Content

VoxTrade uses artificial intelligence to transcribe voice recordings, extract receipt data, and generate quote line items. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before use
• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all quotes, invoices, and financial data
• We are not liable for errors in AI-generated content

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxTrade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
